The Permian Gulf Coast Coalition (PGCC) is made up of Indigenous/Tribal, frontline/grassroots, and accomplice/partner groups who work together to secure a just transition that protects our communities from the oil, gas, and petrochemical buildout across the Permian Basin to Gulf Coast.
